Phase II

Clients who decide to engage implementation for the international expansion market identified in Phase I, continue into our tactical ground based delivery service. We 

Identify and build relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, and an initial customer base by industry segment and geographic region. 

We recruit, hire, and train the initial front-line sales team and implement the Go To Market Plan and Strategic Revenue Plan created in Phase I. The approved Strategic Marketing Plan, Customer Success and Referral Programs are then rolled-out for your market launch and ongoing deep market penetration.
